Commitment to Excellence: Our Rigorous Quality Assurance Process

Ensuring Every Build Meets Specifications—Electrically, Mechanically, and Functionally

Our Quality Philosophy

Empowering Connections, Electrifying Innovations – Your Custom Cable Assembly Partner, Wiring the Future of Industry Excellence

At WIRINGLABS, quality isn’t just a process; it’s our philosophy.

At WIRINGLABS, Quality Assurance is embedded in every stage of our process—from prototype to pilot production.

Every order undergoes 100% continuity testing and full specification verification to ensure your build works correctly the first time.

We maintain strict revision control throughout EVT, DVT, and Pilot stages, preventing version mismatches and costly rework.

By combining electrical validation with mechanical inspections and documented quality checks, we help you reduce field failures, protect production schedules, and deliver reliable products to your customers.

Our Quality Assurance Process

Precision at Every Step: Our Multi-Layered Quality Assurance Process

Continuous Improvement

Innovation and Improvement: Our Ongoing Commitment to Quality

  • Engineering-driven quality culture, not just visual checks

  • Integration with drawing review and material optimization services

  • Consistent QA process across harnesses, electronics parts, and kits

  • Clear documentation for compliance and customer audits

  • Single point of contact for quality issues and escalations

What We Check

  1. Continuity Testing – 100% wire-by-wire verification for correct connections.

  2. Spec Verification – Wire gauge, insulation type, voltage/current ratings, and connector fit.

  3. Pinout Accuracy – Confirm signal and power assignments match approved drawings.

  4. Mechanical Inspection – Crimp quality, strain relief, and overall workmanship.

  5. Revision Control – Ensure all parts match the correct EVT/DVT/Pilot version.

  6. Functionality Sampling (optional)– Basic power-up or signal path checks upon request.

Key Benefits

  • First-Time Build Success – Reduce rework and avoid launch delays.

  • Lower Field Failure Risk – Catch issues before products reach customers.

  • Strict Revision Control – Eliminate version confusion across builds.

  • Documented Quality Records – Inspection results available upon request.

  • Balanced Cost & Reliability – Maintain quality without unnecessary overhead.

  • Confidence in Every Shipment – Consistent performance, batch after batch.

How It Works

  1. Incoming Material Check – Verify wires, connectors, and components meet specs.

  2. In-Process Inspection – Monitor crimping, routing, and assembly accuracy.

  3. Final Testing – 100% continuity and spec verification before packing.

  4. Record Keeping – Maintain traceability for each production batch.

  5. Packaging & Shipping – Secure packing to prevent transit damage.

Our Certifications

Demonstrating Our Quality with Industry-Recognized Certifications

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
