What files do you need for quote？
If you just need quote for a wiring harness, it will be better to give us a drawing of pdf, photos, CAD format files etc. If no files provided, please take some photos of your wiring samples or send samples to our office for the quote.
Will you prepare first article samples for our test?
After our quotation confirmation, samples will be arranged for your testing. If samples fee is required, our sales will inform you in time. Of course, the samples fee will be refunded or deducted when ordering in bulk.
How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?
After you place an order, our team will assess it and offer the specific lead time. Generally speaking, our ordinary production time is about 20-30 days. If large order with batch delivery, our sales teams will tell the specific time for each shipment.
What are the payment options?
We can accept a variety of payment methods, but for large amount orders, T/T wire transfer is recommended. For small order, we can accept PayPal, credit card and so on.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
We are very glad to welcome customers to visit our company and factory. Because of the epidemic, we can also conduct online video conferences if it’s not easy to have a visit with us.

Could you find equivalent parts for my power cable & wiring harnesses?
To be honest, not all alternatives or equivalent parts can be found in China Markets. But our engineers will give you the best suggestions and solutions for your wiring needs.
Most of UL or CSA wires, cables and connectors can be easy to find equivalent ones but no requirement for original brand manufacturer or distributor.
Will mass production be same as samples your provided?
Yes. First of all, we will keep wiring harness samples sealed after customers approval. Our engineers and procurement team will make sure the technical requirements and product materials are exactly the same as the samples, and in addition to the processing methods and inspection procedures, we will also make standard processing and assembly methods and inspection standards.
Could you source some electronics parts we need and ship them together with wiring harness?
Yes, we can help customers to purchase other electronic accessories, our team is very professional on cost control and quality requirements. You will be guaranteed to get high quality electronic accessories at favorable prices.
How do you package and ship the goods?
Our traditional packaging method is carton, for easily damaged electronic accessories, we will specially pack them to avoid damage during shipment. If there are other requirements for shipping such as pallets, we will arrange and cooperate with customers to facilitate shipment in time. If customers have requirements for product packaging labels such as barcodes, we can also make it as your request.
