Simply send us your drawings or technical parameter tables (e.g., wire gauge, terminal type, Protective tube cover—no need for professional formats), or describe your needs in plain text (e.g., “Need a 10-core, 0.5mm² silicone wire harness, Molex connector”).

Within 2-3 working days of receiving your materials, our engineers will calculate the cost based on your drawings/parameters + initial order quantity (e.g., “50 pieces for testing”), and provide a clear quote (including unit price, total cost, and estimated delivery time).

• If adjustments are needed (e.g., “Change wire color to blue”), we’ll revise the drawings free of charge and send them for your approval.

• If a sample is required (e.g., “Test 1 piece first”), we’ll issue a “sample order” and prioritize production once confirmed.

After confirming the design/sample, we’ll start production immediately and keep you informed:

• Small batches (≤500 units): Delivered in 7-10 days.

• Large batches (>500 units): Delivered in 15-20 days.

• Track progress anytime (e.g., “Day 5: Wire cutting completed; Day 10: Terminal crimping started”).

Once production is complete, we’ll ship the goods as per your request:

• Directly to your address (default via UPS/FedEx Express).

• To your designated freight forwarder (provide address + customs docs in advance).
